This Open Textbook is the final result of the UNESCO Estancia in Monterrey, held in January 2025, and presents the projects that emerged from the event. The book is a collective manifesto that reimagines education and open science for a more just, inclusive, and accessible future. Drawing on the insights of experts from Latin America and beyond, it offers both inspiration and practical guidance to advance open practices and shape a future where knowledge is a common good.
