We are excited to open a new season of OER Under the Hood webinars, featuring live demos of OERs by their creators. These sessions start with a look at an OER as we might admire the features and exterior of a fine sports car. We then open the “hood” (or “bonnet” in other parts of the world) to see and talk with the people who designed the OER about how it works and how it was developed. These sessions are conducted as live, real-time demos, not as pictures in a slide deck.

After our first year of OER Under the Hood events co-produced with Pressbooks, we are now “steering” them in 2026 explicitly to share OER created by OEGlobal Member organizations (noting that half the 2025 sessions were from members).

So we are excited to partner with long-time and very active OEGlobal Member LibreTexts for our first Under the Hood look at the LibreTexts ADAPT platform. Join us for a demo outside and inside of ADAPT with founder Delmar Larsen.

We open the showroom for OER Under the Hood on Tuesday, April 14, at 11:00 am PDT (check for local time). Register to attend in Zoom and see the full details

We will be reaching out soon to all OEGlobal Members to offer a spot on a future OER Under the Hood series. Stay tuned for the series in our OEGlobal Events calendar, in our email newsletters, and across our social media channels.
